the plan

i'm pretty sure october is 'get your shit back together month,' and if it wasn't before, it is now.



so, for the month of october, i will do the following:

read the bible every day
read another book every day
floss every day
do some kind of work out every day
only drink water, tea, & coffee
at least one fruit & veggie daily
no sweets until halloween
no fast food
starbucks on sundays only
lose ten pounds
give up stalking
give up bad thoughts

wish me luck. i asked kara if she thinks i'll be able to do this, and she said, 'probably not.' haha...

well, i support you. cuz well, i've watched you do all of these things successfully before.
